Locate your browser below and follow the steps to clear cache and cookies. This is needed at times to see the most current version of a website as stored files (older versions of a site) display by default. In other words, newer/updated versions of sites may not display properly.
Note: After clearing cache/cookies, always close the browser and open a fresh instance
Mobile Devices
- From the home screen, go to Settings > Safari
- Toward the bottom of Safari’s settings screen, tap the button for Clear History and Website Data, then tap Clear History and Data to confirm.
- Open your browser.
- Go to Menu (“…” at the bottom-right corner) > Settings > Privacy.
- Tap Clear browsing data at the bottom of the screen, leave the defaults selected (browsing history, cache, and cookies), then tap Clear.
- Open your browser.
- Android browser: Go to Menu > More > Settings or Menu > Settings > Privacy & Security.
Chrome: Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy. - Android browser: Tap Clear cache, Clear history, and Clear all cookie data as appropriate.
Chrome: Tap Clear browsing data at the bottom of the screen, leave the defaults selected (browsing history, cache, and cookies), then tap Clear.
Desktop
Google Chrome
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
- Note: On a Mac, press Ctrl+H > Clear Browsing Data
- Select All time from time range to clear drop-down
- Check (at least) the following boxes:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Click Clear data
Mozilla Firefox
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
- Note: On a Mac, in the menu bar, click on History > Clear Recent History
- Select Everything from time range to clear drop-down
- Expand Details, select (at least) the following:
- Cookies
- Cache
- Click Clear Now
Safari
- Go to Safari > Reset Safari
- Select Remove all web site data
- Click Reset
