Problem: After I reinstall MyRichmond App and login with Biometrics, there is error and I am no longer able to “login with Biometric” anymore.
Solution:
- On the login screen, click the “Remove User” link and click “Yes, Remove”.
- Click “Login” button
- Enter your user id and password then press “Next”
- Following the on screen instruction and Set up Biometrics as desire. Next time when you login with Biometrics will work again.
