1) Go to “Menu” and select My Profile & Settings
2) select “My Profile & Settings”
3) select “Notification Topics”
4) Turn on each notification topics you would like to received. (e.g. in above “City Announcement” and “MyRichmond Updates” notification topics are On.)
then go select “Notification Device Settings”
5) select “Go to Device settings” , Make sure Apps Notifications is set to “Allows” and Permissions allows “Notifications”
(e.g. depend on device, below is Android)
