Why is the MyVoice screen empty?

At the moment, the MyVoice section is focused on providing a place to see all the cases and feedback you have submitted to the City. If you have not submitted any cases, then there will be no cases to display.

 

If you have submitted cases in the past but cannot see them here, then they may have been submitted under a different email address. If you wish to see these here, please contact MyRichmond Support to update your email address.
