Why is my Utility Account Balance incorrect

The most common cause of the Utility Account Balance and Transactions being incorrect or not up-to-date is due to linking to a Historical Account.

A Historical Account is marked in the My Utility Acounts card and the Balance for Utility Account card by a “(Historical)” description.

To fix the issue, unlink the Historical Account by following the steps at:
