- Please register for a new MyRichmond account with your new e-mail.
- Then, send us a message to MyRichmond Support given your old email and the new email such that we will disable the old account.
- If you want to merge your existing Xplor Recreation account, please mention so such that we will merge your old recreation account information to your new one. If you have never used any recreation program, there is no need to merge and your new MyRichmond account will also automatically come with a new recreation account for you already.
- If there are cases from My Voice that you would like to retain, please also mention this in your request so that we can transfer those cases to your new account.
- If you are a business user that has been using MyBusiness or MyPermit to apply business license or Permit. Please also mention in your request such that we can relink those profile for you.
- For property tax and utility account, we will change the contact email to your new email address on your file. However, to link back your existing property tax accounts and utility accounts to reappearing in MyRichmond again, you can always do that from MyHome link account function by yourself once you have registered a new MyRichmond account and login to MyRichmond.
If applicable, add your recreation program favorite courses list again from within MyRichmond, and re-subscribe to receive Richmond BC Alert notifications from within MyRichmond.
