- Please specify “Delete myRichmond Account Reqeust” in the subject
- Please also specify the user account id that you want to delete and a contact phone number.
- Please ensure to check if you have any active membership or any active registered events in MyCommunity such that you can request to keep or transfer to other email address. Otherwise it will be deleted also.
A staff will contact you to verify your identity and confirmation to delete the account shortly.
Note that only the linkages of the myRichmond account to the property tax account, utility account and dog licence account would be revoked. However, your City property tax account, utility account and dog licence account would still be retained.
